My goal is to give you the tools needed to achieve your ideal birth. The Bradley Method® gives you those tools, I've seen first hand what an empowering experience it can be. Many times while attending births as a Doula, I have found myself taking a step back and observing the beautiful moments that couples have during labor. The bond and support that Bradley Coaches have is unmeasureable. Wether you are a fitness aficionado, want to eat healthier or are unsure what birth you want, The Bradley Method® will guide you in the right direction.
My classes will offer a safe, welcoming and open environment that supports your journey from pregnancy to birth. I have met many great families in my own journey as a mom, doula and birth advocate and look forward to continuing that with you.
While taking my classes you will have unlimited access to me (via phone, text or email) to answer any questions/concerns outside of class times. If you are a single mom or have a partner that is unable to attend your birth (due to work, military etc). I can offer other services to attend your birth as your coach.
I offer a reduced class fees for anyone that qualifies or receives any of the following: WIC Medi-Cal Cash Aid Cal-Fresh SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) Proof of enrollment is required. Please call me for more details.
