My Classes
I teach locally in the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel area, as well as virtual classes in about 12 different states and 4 countries! My class size is kept small with 3-6 couples in order to provide the individual attention your family deserves. The classes are casual and are intended to be fun, full of discussion, activities, and videos. Breastfeeding and newborn care are also included with the course.
Virtual classes offer my personalized instruction. It offers a combination of flexibility, while remaining interactive with other couples.
More than just class instruction, my goal is to form a support partnership during your pregnancy, childbirth, and your breastfeeding journey. I am looking forward to supporting your growing family.
While your support person will be well trained as your coach, I am able to help support you through the birth process as well, attending births local in the Tampa area.

What If My Partner Cannot Attend Every (or Any) Class?
Whenever possible it’s best if your partner can attend every class with you; however, we understand this is not always possible. If you or your partner cannot attend a particular class, we encourage the other person to attend class and bring the information home. If your partner cannot attend due to scheduling conflicts you are also welcome to bring another labor support person who will be present at your birth.
What If I Don't Have a Partner?
All pregnant moms are welcome! You can bring a friend or family member with you to be your labor support coach if you want to but it's not required.
Is It Possible to Join a Series that Started Already?
As long as there is still space in the class, you can join a series that recently started. However, make up sessions must be scheduled to get you caught up.
