Congratulations on your pregnancy! You are taking a tremendously positive step in exploring your birthing options and looking into low-intervention childbirth, and we are delighted to introduce you to the Bradley Method®. Our classes are small in size, usually limited to 4-6 couples, and are held virtually. We hold three series each year, for 12 weeks at a time.
The Bradley Method® 12-week class series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. Classes in The Bradley Method® of natural childbirth teach about prenatal nutrition and exercise, relaxation for an easier birth, partners as coaches, birth plans, and more!
What is the difference between the Bradley Method® and other types of childbirth classes? The Bradley Method® is unique. Our classes stress the importance of improved holistic health to yield your best possible birth experience. We attract families who are willing to take the responsibility needed for preparation and birth.
Please note that while the Bradley Method® emphasizes husband-coached childbirth, we make no distinction between husband or any other committed partner a pregnant person may have. We welcome families and partnerships of all types.
