As 'uneducated', first-time parents, my husband Paul and I followed the
suggestions of our caregivers and passively allowed others to influence our childbirth
decisions-making, which led to use of undesired labor medications for this first birth.
By the time our next baby came, we had attended classes, and found a much-needed understanding,
focus and self-confidence to give birth naturally!
Both our 2nd and 3rd sons were birthed according to Dr. Bradley's philosophies
and with their Daddy's loving assistance in labor and birth.
Since 1997, I have helped to empower many couples who were seeking safe and healthy
pregnancies and childbirth experiences.

My belief is that childbirth and breastfeeding are natural, normal, womanly functions
and that our bodies have an inherent ability to accomplish these tasks.
All that is needed is an understanding of the normal processes, preparation in learning
to listen to our bodies, and to practice the skills necessary for relaxation and breathing.
We offer a comprehensive and individualized education course, with the benefit of many
hands-on labor comfort techniques that will enhance your ability to achieve your own birthing goals.

Classes are held in our home in Garland, and are limited to aregistration of five couples.
This protects intimacy, privacy and helps me to focus entirely on your individual needs.
The 12 session series is $300.00, including all necessary materials.
Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted. If needed, I am always happy to make
payment arrangements for tuition costs or to barter services.
