Classes
are kept small (limited to five couples) to allow for individual
attention.
There is an option for virtual or in-person classes.

Throughout
our weeks together, we will cover: pregnancy, nutrition,
exercise, natural birthing coping methods and positions, the physics of birth,
birth plan drafting, father's role, informed consent, procedures,
breastfeeding, infant care, postpartum care and more. Classes are enriched with
a variety of videos and are a combination of informal lecture, discussion, and
interactive activities and games.
The
series also includes one student workbook per couple, nutritional worksheets,
and handouts.

It's
recommended you begin your series between 20-24 weeks of pregnancy.
