It is our hope that through The Bradley Method® we
will enable families to welcome
the natural process of pregnancy and birth.
As a Bradley instructor, I am privileged to
share this method with other families.



I have had 3 carefree pregnancies. All resulting in un-medicated births and happy, healthy babies. Our children were born "Blue Ribbon" babies, eager to nurse and bond.
I have been teaching The Bradley Method® for about 15 years.  In this time I have honed the art of teaching and have been able to create a fun and informative class environment that allows for participation if you desire or to sit back and soak it all in.  My classes are well suited for a diverse range of learning styles with many opportunities to ask questions and "dig deeper".


Several years before I was ever pregnant, I researched ways to have a baby. I wanted to be able to have the most control over the situation, be as comfortable as possible, and not feel like I was pinned down. I discovered The Bradley Method®.  It was at this point my passion was ignited. I wanted to know everything I could about natural childbirth. It was only a few short years before I was pregnant and found myself in need of a Bradley Method teacher. Class was awesome and our teacher was great. We were confident in our ability to birth our first child. Our labor and birth were uneventful and very peaceful, exactly what we wanted.

After my first birth using The Bradley Method® I was inspired to help other families to feel the closeness my husband and I felt making informed decisions for our growing family.  It took us a few years and a couple more pregnancies but we were able to make it happen.  In 2007 I started the process to become an official instructor of The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth.

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
