Class Information:

Weekend classes are taught at The Church at Highland Park in NW Austin near Mopac and 2222 and weeknight classes are taught at Gardner Chiropractic in Round Rock near the Dell Diamond. Each session lasts for 12 weeks and is limited in size so that everyone gets personal attention.  Private classes are also available.

Classes include movies, games, prizes, nutrition and recipe ideas, and more.  The student workbook is included in the price of the class.  I also have many books and videos available to borrow from my personal library. 

We will cover pregnancy, labor, common medical interventions, nutrition, exercise, relaxation, coaching, breastfeeding, baby care and so much more!  If you have special concerns or topics of interest, be sure to let me know so we can give them extra time.

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
