"Shelley's passion and vast knowledge regarding the subject of natural birth was infectious and inspiring to us" -Emily & Brendon

Congratulations on your pregnancy, upcoming birth and baby on the way!

The Bradley Method® is a practical, holistic, natural approach to childbirth emphasizing a purposeful nutrition, targeted prenatal exercises, pain-reducing relaxation techniques, all underscored by the training of fathers as labor coaches.  Nearly 90% of Bradley students have achieved unmedicated births. The Bradley Method® works based on both experience and evidence!

“Taking Shelley’s classes was the best thing my husband and I did! It prepared us so much for what was to come. Even though the birth did not go exactly as we planned, I could not have gotten through it without all the information we learned. I would recommend taking these classes to anyone!” –Carrie & Jimmy

ALL expectant mothers and their coaches are
welcome, regardless of marital status.

The key to successfully having a natural birth is preparation. Over the course of 12 classes,  students learn to stay low-risk, avoid unnecessary interventions, make informed medical decisions... all while gaining a thorough and confidence-building understanding of pregnancy, stages of labor, optimal birth positions,  breastfeeding and newborn care.  If you have to miss class, information and homework will be provided.  Please don't let other necessary commitments keep you from properly preparing for this important event.  Sign up today!
