Class Format/Length:
Classes are held once a week for 12 weeks total and are limited to 4 couples to maintain an appropriate amount of attention necessary for each couple. (Why 12 weeks? Statistics show less than 12 increases the medicated birth rate by 50%!)
Each class is approximately 2 hours, and are held:
- most weeknights (with the exception of Wednesday)
- Saturdays
- Sunday afternoons
To accommodate what is largely a rural area of Oklahoma, classes are offered both in-person at my home in Weatherford or virtually via Zoom! Ideally, you should plan to begin classes no later than the 26th or 27th week of pregnancy. However, if you’re already past that point, please still reach out! Some information is better than nothing, and hybrid classes are available to make up ground if needed!
If you're in your first or second trimester, don't forget to ask about my free Early Bird Pregnancy class! This is a brief 1 hour class that includes an overview of healthy pregnancy guidelines (nutrition/exercise) and how to choose a birth attendant that will be a great fit for you.

Digital access to the student center on Bradley’s™ website (this includes a digital version of the student workbook)
Weekly instruction in a fun, positive atmosphere!
15% discount if a pregnant friend signs up with you (your pregnant friend also receives the 15% discount)
If you prefer pen/paper (like me) a PHYSICAL COPY of the student workbook can be found on Amazon. These are NOT required for class as you will have access to the digital student workbook through the student center.
