I have been a certified natural childbirth instructor of The Bradley Method® for the past 20+ years. I educate couples who deliver in all of the hospitals located in Orange County as well as in birth centers and at home. I have two children. With my first child I went through hospital classes and ended up with an induced labor at 41 weeks due to the doctor's policy; I had not been taught that I had a choice in the induction date. After researching various natural childbirth methods with my second pregnancy, I chose to take a series of Bradley classes. My second child was born at 41.6 weeks gestation naturally without medication or intervention. Comparing the two methods, the difference was night and day! The Bradley Method® of natural childbirth works!
I love my job educating clients so they can make choices that will benefit them and their baby. I enjoy supporting them in the decisions that they choose to make. Since I attend many births each year I am very familiar with most doctors and midwives in the area and their policies and routines.
